AC Milan said that English midfielder
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is set to have surgery on Sunday for acute
appendicitis and will miss their big Serie A match at Napoli.
The seven-time European champions said Loftus-Cheek felt
"serious abdominal pain" at their pre-match training camp and
tests showed he needed to have his appendix removed.
