First meeting of the Italian Ambassador Paolo Palminteri with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia Timcho Mucunski, who gave him a warm welcome and congratulated him on the important assignment received. As the Embassy reported in a note, satisfaction was expressed for the excellent level of bilateral relations and the desire to further strengthen cooperation, with particular attention to the economic and trade sector.
Italy's firm support for the process of North Macedonia's accession to the European Union was also confirmed.
